My goal with this blog is to share real estate sales information in the Lake Sunapee Region and keep an ongoing update on market conditions. Being so close to the Dartmouth and Manchester/Concord areas our location offers the ability to live and work year round in a vacation destination.

I think it is awesome how the utility companies and local news companies have taken the step into the Web 2.0 world to reach out and better communicate with their customers. There has been a lot of criticism on how PSNH has handled the recent ice storm but I think they have done a great job using multiple mediums to inform NH residents of recent updates in their local communities.

I have also started to see many other uses of social media by local businesses. The Concord Monitor has incorporated RSS feeds for their online news as well as Podcasts and blogs and the Nashua Telegraph now has a mobile site in beta!
