Richard Stabile Bergen County Real Estate June 22, 2009 at 10:51 pm: It seems that your market is trying to get its feet. We have pick up a lot by us in Bergen County New Jersey. How are your undercontract listings, are they growing some. I would watch the newly contracted stats to see if it is holding.
