This past month real estate sales in the Dartmouth / Lake Sunapee Region were up 15% compared to the same time period last year and almost the same level as July 2006!
In case you missed it, we had some excitement recently in Warner when a section of I89 collapsed and all Northbound traffic was sent through the small town Warner. WMUR has a great write up about it with pictures and video–check it out here I don’t think there has ever been that much traffic through the town-Very entertaining to watch from our Warner office porch!
