2009 Waterfront Real Estate Sales Lake Sunapee Region

by Dan O'Halloran on February 8, 2010

Below are some charts detailing historical sales of waterfront property in the Lake Sunapee Region. As you will see, the average sales price has come down a bit but the number of transactions hasn’t fallen all that much. I think that at the moment lake property is still a great deal and if you are considering purchasing, plan on negotiating and don’t hesitate to give it a shot. Many properties have been on the market for years and you could be entering the scene at the right time. In a previous post of mine “High End Sales Are Down. Opportunity? Yes!” I mentioned this opportunity and I believe it still holds true.
