The end of February was certainly interesting. I figured after last year’s ice storm we wouldn’t have another crazy power-outage anytime soon, but here we go again with NH Wind Storm 2010! I ended up losing power for 5 days and still don’t have internet or cable!Ā On the positive side, we abandoned our house for the weekend and went skiing up at Sugar Loaf. That weekend they got over 59inches of snow!
Sales this past month were down 33.3% since February 2009 with only 10 transactions out of the 16 towns that I track here. On the positive side of things there were 43 properties that went under agreement in March!
Here are some pictures of downed tree and power-line craziness that I captured after the storm.
