So this past weekend we kicked off the first annual NH SkiUp event at Mount Sunapee. SkiUp is a spin off of the twitter networking “tweetups” that have been going on across the country. We came up with the idea of a SkiUp because spring skiing absolutely rocks and Sunapee has the perfect slopeside area to tailgate on. We gathered a bunch of awesome local sponsors, negotiated discounted ski passes and discounted lodging and made the event live on the web!
Unfortunately the weather wasn’t the greatest but we still had over 60 amazing SkiUp attendees that made the event a total success. None of this would have been possible without the support of our local sponsors and friends who helped keep everything running smoothly. I used to ski Mt Sunapee (it seems like it was a million years ago). It was about 50 years ago but your article brings back pleasant memories. Thnaks
