April 2010 Sunapee Region Real Estate Sales Stats

This April we experienced a 44.8% increase in home sales in the Lake Sunapee Region compared to the same time frame last year! I do think that a good portion of this increase was the push for the home buyer tax credit and I think we’ll see more of an impact of the credit next month as people rushed to get homes under contract before the end of the April.

Home sales this April reached an average sales price of $273,988 and a median sales price of $216,750.
