Sales this past month were up 11% compared to the same time frame last year with 40 homes selling in the Lake Sunapee Region. The housing options in our region are fantastic. As of this morning there are 88 homes for sale in New London, 72 homes for sale in Newbury and 88 homes for sale in Sunapee.
