2010 Lake Sunapee Region Waterfront Home Sales

Below are some charts and graphs which detail the sales that happened on Lake Sunapee, Pleasant Lake and Little Lake Sunapee this past year. As you will see, 2010 Lake Sunapee home sales were up over 30% compared to 2009 and the median sales price in 2010 came up to $381,500 to $1,075,000 which is a 55% increase compared to 2009. The median sales price for Lake Sunapee homes is still well below what they were in 2008 but the number of sales for 2010 is much higher than what has occurred in past years.
