Lake Sunapee Region Real Estate Sales November 2011

Home sales this November were down 10.8% compared to November 2010. The median sales price for this past month is down $30,000! Now this may sound grim however when you run the numbers from January first until Nov. 30th. home sales were up just over 4% and the median sales price was down only $6,045 from last year (2010) during the same time frame.
