Whoa, what a year 2011 was for waterfront property in the Lake Sunapee Region! This past year had the most lakes house sales since 2005! There was a total of 29 sales in 2011 which consisted of 25 homes on Lake Sunapee and 4 homes on Pleasant Lake, a 38% increase in lake sales compared to last year!
The median sales price has dropped down to $930,000 and with Jumbo Loan rates at 4.5% and lower, affordability is at an all time high.
