Lake Sunapee Region Real Estate Sales April 2012

This past April there were 38 home sales in the Sunapee Region. Surprisingly enough this is was the exact same amount of homes that sold in April 2011! The big difference however is that the median sales price in April 2011 was $153,500 and this April it jumped over $40,000 to $196,450! Another interesting fact is that the number of home sales in our area is currently at 2007 levels! From an affordability standpoint the median sales price for our region compared to 2007 is down over $50,000 at $191,450. Here’s a quick snap shot of cumulative sales.
