Cool things are starting to happen at Sunapee. Check out their Adventure Park page here – they now have Canopy Zip Line tours, Off Road Segway tours and a Treetop Obstacle Course!
As awesome as those things are they pale in comparison to the following…
The Mount Sunapee Area Ski Club is raising money so that we can have an Airbag at Sunapee…that’s right a giant airbag off the end of a huge jump so you can try whatever latest trick and not worry about hurting yourself! In the winter, I coach 5 to 7yr olds in the “Mighty Mite” program at Mount Sunapee and this is going to be perfect for them!
When you have 5 to 7 yr olds and you’re trying to get them to go off a jump and actually get some decent air, naturally some of them can be a bit hesitant. The beauty of the Airbag is that it provides a much safer way of helping them get comfortable taking air without the worries of crashing, plus I’m sure some of the parents will feel a lot better about this process 
For the older kids and adults who want to step it up notch, it’s perfect for testing out a 720, Lincoln Loop, D-spin, etc instead of doing it over cold New England hard-pack.
