Since we are halfway through the year and the market from a transaction standpoint has been really good, I thought it would be interesting to track the first half of the year lake house sales on Lake Sunapee to see how we’re holding up historically. As you will see in the chart below, the number of house sales on Lake Sunapee have been steadily gaining traction, specifically last year and this year thus far. Sales on the lake have more than doubled since 2009!
