Below is a chart that breaks down home sales statewide here in New Hampshire for May 2012. This is the 5th consecutive month that home sales have increased in NH! As you will see, this May compared to May 2011, sales were up 27.7% and for the first five months of the year home sales were up 21% statewide. The median sales price for the first five months of the year was down 3.5% to $193,000 compared to 2011.
Sales in the Lake Sunapee Region for May 2012 were 18.18% higher than they were in May 2011! Sales for the first 5 months of the year are up just over 15.3% compared to 2011, which puts home sales close 2007 numbers.
