Lake Sunapee Region Real Estate Sales June 2012

This past June 2012 there were 50 home sales in the Sunapee Region which is 11.1% higher than it was in June 2011. The median sales price is down $30,200 to $174,750 when compared to June 2011. Home sales from January until the end of June are still trending close to 2007′s sales numbers which is very encouraging.  Here’s a quick snap shot of the cumulative sales for the Lake Sunapee Region.
