Below is a chart that breaks down home sales statewide here in New Hampshire for June 2012. This is the 6th consecutive month that home sales have increased in NH! As you will see, this June compared to June 2011, sales were up 17.7% and for the first six months of the year home sales were up 20.3% statewide. The median sales price for the first six months of the year was down 3.4% to $198,000 compared to 2011.
Sales in the Lake Sunapee Region for June 2012 were 11.1% higher than they were in June 2011! Sales for the first six months of the year are up just over 13.75% compared to 2011, which puts home sales close 2007 numbers.
