Great job Dan! These are costs first time home buyers (like myself) would not know about otherwise. I think many people jump into the search for a home without a realistic picture of the costs involved outside of the sales price.

It’s interesting to note that most of our clients who build or renovate on Lake Sunapee do not cite the lake as the compelling reason for building a vacation or retirement home here. Instead, they say that the great skiing at Mount Sunapee Resort is the primary factor – of course combined with the lake and all of the other great amenities that we have here in the Lake Sunapee region.
